Online purchases made through Brands4all EU may be returned within 28 days of the ship date.
Whether you are returning a product due to size change, color, style or any other reason which results as not being satisfied you have the right to return the product within 14 days from the day you receive your order. Therefore if you wish to return an item/items please use your local post office by entering the following address:

Items should be returned new, unused, and with all Brands4all and designer garment and barcodes tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Items with no garment, price and barcode tags will not be accepted.
Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return. See the Policy below.
Refunds on returns will be made in the form of the original payment and are only available for online purchases returned by mail.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 28 days after delivery
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not exchange items for a different size, color or an other item. You can return the items you don't need and we will refund the amount that corresponds to the the items in return. However If you wish to change the items of your order to a different size, color or to a different style then you will need to return it and make a new order separately.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer.
Unfortunately we do not change underwear and briefs, therefore please be very cautious when choosing the correct size.
Goods are classified as defective if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on Brands4all. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.
Cancelling an Order
1. Based on the EU Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2013 (DSRs), you have the right to cancel your order with us, provided you give us written notice any time after your order has been placed, up until 14 working days from the day you received you order and send it to the e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org.
2. Please note that since you are returning your package via your local post office, you must cover the cost of the return shipment, as we don't have a free collection service and we are not obliged to do so based on the Distance Selling Regulations.
3. In case the items proved to be faulty, we will refund the full value of your order, including shipping costs, within 30 days of receiving your notice of contract cancellation. If we do not receive the cancelled order, we will arrange to have it collected from you at your cost and you need to take reasonable care of goods until our shipping company comes and collect the package.
